This doc­u­men­tary tells the story about peo­ple af­fected by lyme dis­ease in Ire­land. Trans­mit­ted by a bite of a tick, the dis­ease can af­fect ev­ery­one from small chil­dren run­ning around a field to wildlife war­dens, campers, zo­ol­o­gists, and bi­ol­o­gists to peo­ple work­ing in the wild and even strolling in the park. Food Un­wrapped, C4, Fri­day, Oc­to­ber 20, 8pm Matt Teb­butt un­der­takes his strangest sci­ence ex­per­i­ment yet: run­ning across a pond of cus­tard, which bizarrely helps solve the age-old mys­tery of how to get ketchup out of the bot­tle smoothly.
