One of the first viewers who looked at 65 Rocklands in Carrigtwohill put in an immediate bid of €260,000, €10,000 above the asking price. The most recent sale recorded in Rocklands by the Property Price register involves a similar property at No 40. This sold for €270,000 on May 5 just days before No 65 came on the market.
