Irish Examiner - Racing - - CHELTENHAM PREVIEW 2017 -

“My best festival memory has to be riding the winner in the four-miler on Poker Sivola for Ferdy Murphy in 2010. That was my first winner at Cheltenham, it’s a huge race that every amateur wants to win. It’s steeped in history. And then to win the County Hurdle on Thousand Stars a couple of days later was special. That was a great year. My first big memory would probably be Commanche Court in ’97 when he won the Triumph. We were all there that day and it was a great day for dad and the yard.”
