World class at Cask Bar Cork

Andy Fer­reira from East Cork and Bryan McCarthy from West Cork are a multi award win­ning bar man and chef, both with huge pas­sion for lo­cal pro­duce and for­aged in­gre­di­ents. Their menus at Cask gives our cus­tomers ex­tra­or­di­nary di­verse op­tions at af­ford­able prices. A global culi­nary melt­ing pot of street food, tapas and small plates with an at­ten­tion to de­tail you’d ex­pect from a bar man and chef of their cal­i­bre. Our food can be en­joyed not only with Cock­tails but with a se­lec­tion of over 20 wines. Andy re­cently won the World Class Ir­ish Bar­tender of the Year and will go on to rep­re­sent Cask, Cork and Ire­land (though not nec­es­sar­ily in that or­der) in Mex­ico in Septem­ber.
