Food­ser­vice provider set to keep it lo­cal

Com­pass Group Ireland, the food­ser­vice provider for Páirc Uí Chaoimh, has com­mit­ted to sourc­ing as much food pro­duce as pos­si­ble from Cork and Mun­ster sup­pli­ers for the new sta­dium.

Lo­cal sup­pli­ers in­clude Barry’s Tea and Hod­gins Sausages while all beef is 100% Ir­ish and sourced from farm­ers in Cork where pos­si­ble.

In ad­di­tion, At­lantis Seafood will be op­er­at­ing two boats out of Castle­town­bere, and will be pro­vid­ing lo­cally caught fish to the fa­mous venue.

Since its ap­point­ment, Com­pass Group has cre­ated 350 ca­sual jobs at Páirc Uí Chaoimh, in ad­di­tion to seven full-time po­si­tions based in Cork to ser­vice the fa­cil­ity.
