Executives on the move at three estate agencies
A NUMBER of personnel changes have been made at three estate agencies.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Tom Carthy as head of agency in Ireland. He joins the firm from BNP Paribas Real Estate, where he has been since 1989.
He was the executive director responsible for overseeing the BNP Paribas Real Estate transaction and consultancy business lines.
Lisney has promoted three of its team to positions as divisional directors: Frank McSharry has been appointed divisional director new homes Dublin; Patricia Stokes divisional director residential in Cork; and David McCarthy at commercial property, Cork.
Savills Ireland has appointed Ebba Mowat to its bolstered development land team. She previously worked with the firm in Edinburgh on development land and in Glasgow on the investment team.
She also spent a year with City Property Glasgow LLP.
