Ex­ec­u­tives on the move at three es­tate agen­cies

A NUM­BER of per­son­nel changes have been made at three es­tate agen­cies.

Cush­man & Wake­field has ap­pointed Tom Carthy as head of agency in Ire­land. He joins the firm from BNP Paribas Real Es­tate, where he has been since 1989.

He was the ex­ec­u­tive direc­tor re­spon­si­ble for over­see­ing the BNP Paribas Real Es­tate trans­ac­tion and con­sul­tancy busi­ness lines.

Lis­ney has pro­moted three of its team to po­si­tions as divi­sional direc­tors: Frank McSharry has been ap­pointed divi­sional direc­tor new homes Dublin; Pa­tri­cia Stokes divi­sional direc­tor res­i­den­tial in Cork; and David McCarthy at com­mer­cial prop­erty, Cork.

Sav­ills Ire­land has ap­pointed Ebba Mowat to its bol­stered devel­op­ment land team. She pre­vi­ously worked with the firm in Ed­in­burgh on devel­op­ment land and in Glas­gow on the in­vest­ment team.

She also spent a year with City Prop­erty Glas­gow LLP.
