Prime Malahide site with FPP for 8 large houses at €2.95m

Paul Grimes of agent REA Grimes is guid­ing a price of €2.95m for a one-acre in­fill site with full plan­ning per­mis­sion for eight sub­stan­tial homes in the sought-af­ter north Dublin vil­lage of Malahide.

The land, which is be­ing of­fered for sale by ten­der on Novem­ber 8 next, re­ceived plan­ning per­mis­sion from An Bord Pleanala this past July for a high-end de­vel­op­ment com­pris­ing four house types. The sub­ject site is lo­cated less than 100 me­tres from the en­trance to Malahide Cas­tle on the Malahide Vil­lage side, and is within walk­ing dis­tance of the vil­lage it­self and its Dart sta­tion.

Paul Grimes says: “Malahide is, with­out ques­tion, one of the most sought-af­ter lo­ca­tion in north Dublin and Dublin gen­er­ally. This is a very cen­trally lo­cated in­fill site, and is ideal for builders and de­vel­oper with a keen eye for de­tail and high-end fin­ishes. The com­pleted houses will be very much in de­mand given their lo­ca­tion, size and gen­er­ous­lypro­por­tioned gar­dens. As an added bonus, each home owner will have their own en­trance drive­way as op­posed to shared roads and ser­vices.”
