SOME nice prop­er­ties have come for sale in South Tip­per­ary, in­clud­ing a 34ac res­i­den­tial farm at Kil­ro­nan, Kil­main­ham, Clon­mel.

Guided by PF Quirke at €440,000, the ground is de­scribed by Pat Quirke as great qual­ity land with 28ac in grass and 6ac planted in ash.

The res­i­dence is de­scribed as a good qual­ity, mod­ernised farm­house with two re­cep­tion rooms and four bed­rooms. The yard con­sists of a hay­barn, a leanto and two stone sheds.

Pat Quirke is also han­dling the sale of a 25ac grass farm with top class sheds on the out­skirts of Cahir.
