Green veg is packed with nu­tri­ents which keep you look­ing and feel­ing your best. You can also eat a lot of these foods with­out hav­ing to worry about the calo­rie cost. Broc­coli, cab­bage, kale, green beans and spinach are some of the health­i­est foods on the planet. Root veg, such as car­rots and parsnips, are higher in sugar. You can still in­clude them, but green veg should be the corner­stone of your veg in­take.
