Lie on the floor on your back with your knees bent and hold­ing

a ket­tle­bell firmly in both hands above your

chest. Bend your arms at the el­bow, al­low­ing the ket­tle­bell to lower

to­wards the floor to­wards the top of your head. Then straighten your arms re­turn­ing to start po­si­tion. Look at a rep range of be­tween

12-15.
