SEATED CURL

Start in a sit-up po­si­tion on a BOSU ball, lean­ing slightly back, with your legs slightly bent and feet raised up in front. Hold the dumb­bells by your sides, with your arms straight and your palms fac­ing in­ward.

Raise the dumb­bells up to your shoul­ders, turn­ing at the wrists into a curl. Re­turn to start po­si­tion and re­peat.
