Start in a push-up po­si­tion on your toes, with one hand on the BOSU and the other on

the floor. Lower your body to the floor, keep­ing your back flat through­out the

ex­er­cise. Re­turn to the start po­si­tion and re­peat

all reps on one side. Then change hands and com­plete the same reps

on the other side. Try this ex­er­cise on your knees if you are a

begin­ner.
