Kneel up­right on the BOSU ball, or on a mat,en­gag­ing your core, with your arms ex­tended by your sides and your palms fac­ing in while holding dumb­bells.

Raise the dumb­bells up to shoul­der level, bend­ing your arms at the el­bows. Your shoul­ders should re­main steady and do not turn at your wrists as you raise the dumb­bells.
