Lie on the floor on your back, with your knees bent and your arms over your chest while holding a ket­tle­bell firmly in both hands.

Bend at the el­bow, al­low­ing the ket­tle­bell to lower to­wards the floor to the top of your head, then straighten your arms and re­turn to the start po­si­tion.
