Start by ly­ing with your up­per back on the Swiss ball and your feet firmly placed on the ground, and hold­ing dumb­bells at shoul­der level with your el­bows bent. Then press the dumb­bells up un­til your arms are straight over your chest.

Lower the dumb­bells back to shoul­der level to re­turn to start po­si­tion.
