Start by ly­ing down on the floor or a bench with your knees bent, if on the floor, and feet flat on the ground. Hold dumb­bells up over your chest.

Then drop the dumb­bells down to­wards the ground while con­trol­ling the move­ment and then push back to the start po­si­tion driv­ing through the chest.

You can com­plete this ex­er­cise on the floor or on a bench and al­ter­na­tively with dumb­bells or bar­bells.
