1/ Start by hold­ing dumb­bells in both hands, bent over with

a straight back and with your knees slightly

bent. Your palms should be fac­ing into

you. 2/ Row the arms up while keep­ing your el­bows high and your fore­arms down. Then re­turn back to the start

po­si­tion.
