FUN AT THE FAYRE
Oyster gastronomy, hedgerow foraging and cooking with seaweed are some of the topics on the menu at the sixth Burren Food Fayre, taking place today and tomorrow in The Pavilion, Lisdoonvarna, Co Clare. The theme is Wild Atlantic Food, and visitors can taste samples of local produce at stalls throughout the day. It kicks off at 7pm today with a screening of the Brendan Gleeson-narrated documentary Atlantic, followed by a Q&A with director Richard O’Donnell.
