Oys­ter gas­tron­omy, hedgerow for­ag­ing and cook­ing with sea­weed are some of the top­ics on the menu at the sixth Bur­ren Food Fayre, tak­ing place to­day and to­mor­row in The Pavil­ion, Lis­doon­va­rna, Co Clare. The theme is Wild At­lantic Food, and vis­i­tors can taste sam­ples of lo­cal pro­duce at stalls through­out the day. It kicks off at 7pm to­day with a screen­ing of the Bren­dan Glee­son-nar­rated doc­u­men­tary At­lantic, fol­lowed by a Q&A with direc­tor Richard O’Don­nell.
