Referee David Coldrick was patient with him early on against Tyrone when his methods of curbing Peter Harte were right on the edge. Picked up a yellow card in the 23rd minute and settled into a more disciplined routine which made him very effective. He had some difficulties against Mayo in last year’s final replay.
