BROADMEADOW Vale, a new development within walking distance of the Co Meath commuter town of Ratoath, will especially appeal to families priced out of Dublin.

It is located beside St Paul’s National School and some of its house types have attics designed for a future conversion. When it’s finished, the Sherwood Homes scheme will consist of 126 two, three, four and five-bed homes available as terraced, semi-detached and detached styles. The first phase, consisting of about 33 houses, is going on sale this weekend, with prices ranging from €300,000 for a mid-terraced three-bed to €510,000 for a three-storey, five-bed detached home.

Broadmeadow Vale is a ten-minute drive in light traffic from the Dunboyne/M3 Parkway train station, from where there are rail services to Dublin Docklands and Connolly Station.
