DIVIDE PERENNIALS THRIFTY TIP

-

Spring is a great time to divide perennials that flower later in the year, such as asters, crocosmia and grasses. It’s a great way to increase stock for free and reinvigorate plants. Plants that flower earlier in the year, such as primroses and hellebores, should be divided after flowering. And while you are at it, you can pot some up to swap with friends or gift.
