Ireland v Italy free to air as Ulster appoint CEO

EIR SPORT has announced that they will broadcast Saturday’s clash between Ireland and Italy free to air.

The Chicago clash, which kicks off at 8pm Irish time, will be shown on eir’s YouTube channel for those who cannot access the station via their television package.

Meanwhile, Ulster have confirmed the appointmen­t of former Edinburgh managing director Jonny Petrie as their new chief executive.

The 42-year-old former Scotland internatio­nal has been in charge at the Scottish club since 2015 and will take up his position with the northern province in January.

He replaces Shane Logan who stood down in August.
