Ex-Mayo ladies boss takes charge of Dubs

-

FRANK BROWNE is the new Dublin camogie manager, taking over from former All-Ireland-winning Kilkenny goalkeeper David Herity, who is now managing Kildare’s senior hurlers.

Wexford native Browne brings much inter-county experience to the role, having managed inter-county squads in hurling and ladies football.

He managed Mayo’s senior ladies team and the county’s hurlers. He brought Mayo ladies to the 2017 All-Ireland final where they lost to Dublin.

Browne is currently assembling his management team ahead of next year’s Division 1 league campaign.
