Cow in a car madness on moo - torway
STUNNED drivers cud hardly believe their eyes when they spotted a cow in the back of a car.
Photos of the young animal crammed into the rear of an estate car were shared on social media.
It was seen in a 14-yearold VW Passat, near Neath, South Wales, heading east on the M4 on Friday evening. Police are looking into whether any road or animal welfare offences were committed.
The RSPCA said it was “extremely concerned” about the images. A spokesman said: “This is a completely unacceptable way to transport a large farm animal.
“This represents an animal welfare concern but also a risk to the safety of the driver and other road users.”
