Mogul Cowell sets record straight over Little Mix split
Simon Cowell SIMON Cowell dismissed rumours Little Mix left his label after announcing it was him who severed the partnership with their management firm.
A spokesman for the music mogul said Cowell has cut ties with Modest Management and will no longer work with any artists managed by the company.
The statement came after fans sparked rumours after the bitter split, attributing it to Cowell’s music label Syco’s poor treatment of the band.
However, a statement from Cowell’s spokesman dismissed this, saying: “Syco Music will no longer work with Modest Management and therefore any artists signed to that management company.
“We do, of course, wish all artists affected by this decision every future success.
“LM5, the forthcoming Little Mix album A&R’D and released on Syco Music, is to be serviced by RCA at the request of Syco and Simon Cowell.”
