Family press for balcony death probe
Kirsty Maxwell THE heartbroken family of Kirsty Maxwell, who fell to her death from a Benidorm hotel room, are pushing for a new investigation.
Their lawyer is hoping a judge will order a probe on Thursday at a hearing into her final moments.
Kirsty, 27, died on a hen do in April last year after falling from a 10th floor room where five British men were staying. They deny any involvement.
Eight police officers will be quizzed during the hearing in Benidorm. The family’s new lawyer is expected to urge the judge to order a fuller probe.
This week it emerged no “foreign DNA” had been found under the bank worker’s fingernails.
