Garda renew appeal over missing man

GARDAI yesterday renewed their appeal for the public’s help in finding a missing person.

Tony Galvin has not been seen since he vanished from Ballyfermo­t, Dublin, on Tuesday.

It’s believed the 41-yearold – who has a distinctiv­e tattoo of a tiger on his shoulder – was driving a silver Volkswagon Golf when he was last seen.

He is described as 5ft 7ins and of slim build with a shaved head and green eyes.

A Garda spokesman said: “When last seen Tony was wearing a red jacket and blue jeans and was carrying rain gear with him.” Anyone with informaton should contact officers on 01 666 7200.
