A man ac­cused of be­ing drunk in pos­ses­sion of a loaded firearm, has had his case ad­journed to 12 Jan­uary, 2018, for hear­ing.

James Burke (46), 6 St. Michael’s Ter­race, Carlingford, is al­leged to have com­mit­ted the of­fence at Kil­lally, Togher, on 31 July, 2016. It was in­di­cated to the court that the DPP had di­rected sum­mary dis­posal of the mat­ter.
