THE Boyne Tower, an iconic contemporary building located in central Drogheda, is now available to be let after a complete refurbishment by Westhill, a property investment, development and management company.

The 17,000 square feet building has been refurbished to grade A office accommodation over its five floors, offering modern open plan offices with panoramic views of the River Boyne, Drogheda and the surrounding Boyne Valley.

‘Boyne Tower offers great accommodation for companies wanting to have a base in Drogheda, one of the fastest growing towns in Ireland. This grade A building is 40km north of Dublin and benefits from fantastic transport links to Dublin city centre, Dublin International Airport and Belfast’, says Sam Walsh, director of asset management at Westhill.

‘According to the latest 2016 Census, Drogheda is Ireland’s largest town. It has already attracted American financial services company State Street for its strategic position and easy access to the Irish capital’, Mr Walsh continues.

In recent years Drogheda’s economy has been diversifying from traditional industries witnessing an increase in the number of people employed in the retail, technology and services sectors.

Boyne Tower will be offered at a ‘competitive rent.’
