Ir­ish youth club at the O’Raghal­laigh’s cen­tre

AN Ir­ish youth club, run by Co­laiste na bhFinn, takes place each Wed­nes­day from 5-6.30pm in the O’Raghal­laighs. All chil­dren from 3rd class up­wards are wel­come and they learn Ir­ish through games and fun. Drogheda is one of 40 As Gaeilge clubs in Ire­land.

Humpty Dumpty

Humpty Dumpty’s Big Ad­ven­ture takes place at The TLT on Sun­day 5th Novem­ber at 3.00pm.

For the first time ever The clas­sic nurs­ery Rhyme Humpty Dumpty is brought to the stage in this won­der­ful live in­ter­ac­tive all singing and danc­ing pro­duc­tion.

Sing along; solve puz­zles, and meet lots of fa­mous chil­dren’s char­ters along the way in­clud­ing, The Three Lit­tle Pigs, Lit­tle Bo Peep and all the an­i­mals on Old MacDon­ald’s Farm and many more!

With amaz­ing cos­tumes, daz­zling stage sets and a host of colour­ful char­ac­ters to bring you on the jour­ney of a life­time. Tick­ets €10/€35(Fam­ily 2+2)

Bal­tray karaoke

A Karaoke Night will take place in The 19th pub, Bal­tray, on Fri­day 27 Oc­to­ber in aid of the new par­ish cen­tre to be built on the grounds of St Fechin’s GAA pitches in Beaulieu. There will be a raf­fle on the night. A par­ish auc­tion will take place in early De­cem­ber in aid of the Lip Sync Bat­tle.

Brass band

NA­TIONAL brass band cham­pi­ons of Ire­land for eight of the last 10 years, Drogheda Brass Band is de­lighted to an­nounce it is re­cruit­ing for a class of be­gin­ners.

They want you to join a bril­liant school of mu­sic and take part in fun com­pe­ti­tions, grade ex­ams, etc.
