Furze role for McConville
FORMER All-Ireland winner and two-time All-Star Oisin McConville will be part of the Seneschalstown backroom team in 2018 following his ratification at a club meeting last week.
The six-time All-Ireland Club winner with Crossmaglen scored the crucial second-half goal in Armagh’s 2002 All-Ireland final success over Kerry.
McConville, who has been involved in coaching with DkIT teams in recent years, will work alongside manager Damien Sheridan who was reappointed after coming on board following the departure of David Hosie in mid-season.
Sheridan was previously at the helm when the Yellow Furze men were senior champions in 2007 and 2009.
Leo Sheridan, Conor McCoy, Shane Finnegan and Mick Dillon are the new selectors.
