Amenity space plan for Clonroche

PLANNNIG permission has been sought for an amenity space in Clonroche village.

The space - which would be on around three hectares - would provide a multi-use games area for people of all ages, walking tracks and allotments. A toilet block is included in the plans, along with a maintenance building, 85 car parking spaces and secure fencing around the perimeter of the site.
