Dance workshop taking place at Cabin Arts Hub

A four-day dance and filmmaking workshop will begin in New Ross on August 14.

The workshop which will take place at the Cabin Arts Hub will be facilitated by Becci Whelan and Therese Dalton.

This is an exciting free workshop sponsored by Creative Ireland where participants will learn how to make a short dance film.

The scenes will be set around New Ross. Local community groups are invited to play cameo roles and promote themselves. This short film offers a great opportunity for the community and arts to come together. Filming will take place on August 16 and August 17.

Any teenagers interested in filmmaking are also invited to take part in the workshop, which will run for four days from August 14 to 17. The workshop is free and open to all teenagers across County Wexford but spaces are limited.
