Swimmers earns Clubmark

Following the successful completion of a rigorous programme, the Clubmark was awarded to New Ross Swimming Club recently. The overall aim of the Clubmark scheme is to support, recognise and reward Swim Ireland-affiliated clubs by providing them with a national roadmap which will help them to develop their services and ultimately achieve the highest of club standards.

The award was presented to Sinead Donovan and Pat Daly on behalf of the club at the annual Swim Ireland awards gala in Ballinasloe recently. New Ross was one of ten clubs only to receive the award on the night.
