Motorist banned for two years

MO­TOR­ING of­fences led to Damien Ros­siter (34) of 9 Ban na Ceile, Cas­sagh, New Ross be­ing banned from driv­ing for two years in his ab­sence at the Dis­trict Court in Wex­ford.

Judge John Chea­tle learned how Ros­siter came to the at­ten­tion of gardaí at Irishtown on De­cem­ber 30, 2016.

He was con­victed for driv­ing with­out li­cence (two year dis­qual­i­fi­ca­tion), with­out in­surance (fine €300) and with­out a valid cer­tifi­cate of road­wor­thi­ness (fine €100).

The court was told that Ros­siter had no pre­vi­ous con­vic­tions.
