Motorist banned for two years
MOTORING offences led to Damien Rossiter (34) of 9 Ban na Ceile, Cassagh, New Ross being banned from driving for two years in his absence at the District Court in Wexford.
Judge John Cheatle learned how Rossiter came to the attention of gardaí at Irishtown on December 30, 2016.
He was convicted for driving without licence (two year disqualification), without insurance (fine €300) and without a valid certificate of roadworthiness (fine €100).
The court was told that Rossiter had no previous convictions.
