No qualified driver in car

A MOTORING conviction was handed down to 22-year-old Tom Cash from 26 Canon Murphy Park in his absence at Wexford District Court.

The judge learned that the absent accused was on the road at Irishtown in New Ross on December 4 without a qualified driver, despite being the holder of a learner permit.

The result was a fine of €200.
