County estates are at final stages of process

THERE are 11 estates around the county in the final stages of the taking-in-charge process under Wexford County Council.

The areas in question include: Curragh Wood, Kilanerin; Sunset Avenue, Riverchapel, Gorey; Harbour Court, Courtown; Hunter’s Green, Gorey; Glen Aoibhinn, Ardamine; Oakhill, Ramstown Lower, Gorey; Clonattin Village (Phase 2), Gorey; Riverside, Blackwater; Castle Meadows, Murrintown, Wexford; Stonehaven, Belvedere Road, Wexford town; and Cromwellsfort Grove, Mulgannon, Wexford town.

The Rosehill Heights estate in Rosslare is at the public consultation stage at the moment. The total number of estates taken in charge last year was 32.
