Bliss­fully un­aware that they are see­ing the same guy, Leanne and Toyah Battersby each ar­range a night out with lover boy, Im­ran. Mean­while, Im­ran is hav­ing a cri­sis of con­science and turns to Adam for ad­vice, who tells him that he needs to make a list of pros and cons for each woman if he’s ever to make his mind up. Toyah ar­rives at the o ce and things start to heat up. Mean­while, Sally dis­cov­ers a list of names and over­hears Adam ad­vise Im­ran against sleep­ing with both women, and confesses that he has lost the wit­ness list for Dun­can’s case – the very list in Sally’s hands. She de­cides to tell the Battersby sis­ters what Im­ran has been up to, and to­gether they hatch a plan. Sally is ner­vous about her pre-trial hear­ing and calls round to her solic­i­tor, Paula’s, house, look­ing for ad­vice. Her tim­ing isn’t great, how­ever, and she walks in on Paula and So­phie to­gether. Fu­ri­ous, she ig­nores Paula’s ad­vice and res her on the spot be­fore mak­ing the er­ror of call­ing one of the wit­nesses from the list. With no solic­i­tor, and the other side now in­formed that she con­tacted a wit­ness, Sally’s im­pend­ing day in court doesn’t look good. Else­where, Peter is fu­ri­ous when Carla gives Tyler’s mum Vicky a job in the fac­tory just as his gang are step­ping up their cam­paign of bul­ly­ing against Si­mon. With the rest of the sta sick, Peter tells Vicky she can keep the job if she gets the boys to back o .
