Blissfully unaware that they are seeing the same guy, Leanne and Toyah Battersby each arrange a night out with lover boy, Imran. Meanwhile, Imran is having a crisis of conscience and turns to Adam for advice, who tells him that he needs to make a list of pros and cons for each woman if he’s ever to make his mind up. Toyah arrives at the o ce and things start to heat up. Meanwhile, Sally discovers a list of names and overhears Adam advise Imran against sleeping with both women, and confesses that he has lost the witness list for Duncan’s case – the very list in Sally’s hands. She decides to tell the Battersby sisters what Imran has been up to, and together they hatch a plan. Sally is nervous about her pre-trial hearing and calls round to her solicitor, Paula’s, house, looking for advice. Her timing isn’t great, however, and she walks in on Paula and Sophie together. Furious, she ignores Paula’s advice and res her on the spot before making the error of calling one of the witnesses from the list. With no solicitor, and the other side now informed that she contacted a witness, Sally’s impending day in court doesn’t look good. Elsewhere, Peter is furious when Carla gives Tyler’s mum Vicky a job in the factory just as his gang are stepping up their campaign of bullying against Simon.
