This week, it’s time for the main course in my three-course meal. Most of us love to cre­ate the starters and we usu­ally know what dessert will go down well, but the main course needs a bit of thought. It has to be a crowd pleaser, look and taste great but also man­age­able to make on the day. For my fam­ily events, we divvy out the work­load, so some­one brings the dessert, which light­ens the load. I’m sug­gest­ing sh and lamb mains this week. You can change the sh in the curry to suit your taste and of course, the lamb can be re­placed with beef, so you have op­tions. Hope you en­joy them!
