Roz Purcell and the art of cycling in mini skirts

Sunday Independent (Ireland) - Life - - NEWS -

Day-to-night, by way of a bike, are hard to nail. Certain skirt lengths look ridiculous on a bike, most shorts aren’t appropriate for the office, and you don’t necessarily want to wear trousers every day. Roz Purcell, model and keen cyclist, gets it just right here. Yes, the skirt is short but she’s teamed it with a jumper, thus balancing out the flesh factor. Her trainers are a nice update of the Working Girl white runners into work, and the classic black takes the ‘hipster wearing high-tops’ edge off. Green is a big colour for the coming season, especially if, like Roz, you go for something with a metallic sheen.
