(Pictured) Makes 5-10, depending on the size of the moulds used.
You will need:
250g (9oz) strawberries, hulled 1-2 tablespoons caster sugar Juice of half a large lemon
Put the strawberries, the caster sugar and the lemon juice in a food processor or blender and blend. Taste the mixture and add more sugar or lemon juice if necessary. Push the mixture through a sieve, then pour it into ice-pop moulds and place them in the freezer. Once the popsicles are frozen, they’ll keep for a couple of months.
