STRAW­BERRY POP­SI­CLES

You will need:

250g (9oz) straw­ber­ries, hulled 1-2 ta­ble­spoons caster su­gar Juice of half a large lemon

Put the straw­ber­ries, the caster su­gar and the lemon juice in a food pro­ces­sor or blender and blend. Taste the mix­ture and add more su­gar or lemon juice if nec­es­sary. Push the mix­ture through a sieve, then pour it into ice-pop moulds and place them in the freezer. Once the pop­si­cles are frozen, they’ll keep for a cou­ple of months.
