Celebrity caterer

Sunday Independent (Ireland) - Life - - APPETITES -

I gave Benjamin Patterson, above, a rave review many years ago when he was a very young chef at The Rectory in Glandore, Co Cork. Since then, he’s been working as a private chef for high-profile billionaires and trillionaires including the Begum Aga Khan, where his duties included dinner parties in London, Nice and Ascot. His next high-profile post was for gambling tycoon Damian Aspinall at Howlett’s Mansion in Canterbury.

Ben has cooked for Elton John, David Walliams, Kevin Spacey, Jemima Khan, Elle Macpherson, Bono and the Queen of Brunei . . .

Now back in Ireland, equipped with a bespoke, hand-crafted mobile kitchen, lovingly painted by Bono’s niece, artist Leah Hewson, he’s doing cookery demos and catering for private parties.

So, if you want to entertain like the stars, and impress your friends with some serious hosting cred, you know who to contact. See benjaminpatter
