Melania being a heel?

Sunday Independent (Ireland) - Living - - FRONT PAGE - DONAL LYNCH

Well, we don’t know why all those mean liberal commentators were picking on poor Melania again this week. For the love of God, how is one supposed to step over little people in several inches of water if one is not wearing preposterously vertiginous high heels? And, sorry, but a post-apocalyptic global warming nightmare actually could use someone who looks good in Prada. Just the sight of that person would give the comforting impression to homeless peasants that the right supplies will soon be delivered, and will possibly include chocolate, perfume and designer shades. There was lots of PR finessing and she eventually changed the shoes but since Melania loves a good quote, and to save her borrowing anything from Michelle Obama, perhaps she might appreciate this from poet, philosopher and lady rapper La Chat: “I can look jazzy, act nasty wit’ my stilleto heels on, But if a hoe say somethin’, try me then her hair will get thrown.” Donald would approve.
