Law firm moves into Green Reit de­vel­op­ment in D2

THE suc­cess of Green Reit’s 32,000 sq ft of­fice de­vel­op­ment at 32 Molesworth Street was in ev­i­dence last Fri­day with the ar­rival in the build­ing of its new ten­ants, fi­nan­cial ser­vices ad­vi­sory firm, MaplesFS.

An af­fil­i­ate of the lead­ing law firm, Maples & Calder, MaplesFS is rent­ing the build­ing in its en­tirety on a 20-year lease with breaks in years 10 and 15, for a rent of €51.70 per square foot.

MaplesFS chief ex­ec­u­tive Scott Somerville said: “The new of­fice makes us well po­si­tioned for con­tin­ued strong growth in Ire­land and un­der­scores our com­mit­ment to in­vest­ing in the re­sources nec­es­sary to sup­port both our clients and our em­ploy­ees.”

MaplesFS pro­vides spe­cialised fidu­ciary, fund ad­min­is­tra­tion, en­tity for­ma­tion and man­age­ment, and trust and pri­vate client ser­vices, as well as AIFM and UCITS man­age­ment com­pany so­lu­tions via MPMF Fund Man­age­ment (Ire­land) Lim­ited.
