Rodgers insists Celtic focus still on winning

Sunday Independent (Ireland) - Sport - - SOCCER -

BOSS Brendan Rodgers insists there will be no let-up in Celtic’s last three Scottish Premiership games before the Scottish Cup final against Motherwell.

The Hoops clinched their seventh successive title last week with a 5-0 thrashing of Old Firm rivals Rangers and a victory in the Hampden showpiece on May 19 will secure an unprecedented successive domestic treble.

However, before then there is a trip to play Hearts at Tynecastle today before home games against Kilmarnock and Aberdeen and Rodgers wants to keep momentum going.

“It (approach) is the same, to win,” said the Northern Irishman, who should have striker Moussa Dembele and midfielder Stuart Armstrong available after knocks.
