Beauty Hall at Arnotts. This is my favourite new beauty playground, with both niche and global brands to cater for every beauty obsession. There are make-up ranges such as Huda Beauty, NARS, Tom Ford, Charlotte Tilbury, Zoeva, ByTerry and IT Cosmetics; skincare by Tata Harper and Sarah Chapman, and Quai and Sacha Juan haircare. There are also over 150 beauty services, from globally trained experts in skincare, as well as leading make-up artists to facilitate clients either in the private beauty room or on-counter.
