Santosh and Millie Thomas set up their tiny Indian takeaway with a single table a couple of years ago in Blackrock Market, later adding a small dining room. It’s now one of the hottest restaurants in Dublin, and, happily, they’ve been able to expand into the unit next door to cope with demand.
