A 37-year-old man accused of an offence with a chainsaw, has had his case adjourned, as directions from the DPP are awaited.
Conor McLoughlin, 11 Cloch Mor Cottages, Knocknagoran, Omeath, is charged with having in a public place a chainsaw with the intention of unlawfully causing injury to and intimidating another person.
He is also charged with criminal damage. Both offences are alleged to have occurred at Howes Bar, Knocknagoran, on 22 December, 2017.
The matter was put back to 16 May next for mention.
