La Bonne Heure the multi national folk group with a distinct local flavour was diverted on their planned return to France.

It meant delaying their journey back from their short local tour , but the trio were delighted to jump at a wonderful opportunity to showcase their blossoming talent to a giant audience.

For the group was invited to play at the Electric Picnic festival on Saturday week.

Blackrock’s own Brian Holmes, a veritable one man orchestra, who sings, plays the guitar as well as the bass drum and mandolin is a key member of the highly talented group which is less than two years in existence.

The other two members are Madalina Drouvin, a Romanian, a baroque violinist and, Hugo Cordonnier a French ukulelest. The pair also sing.

The group has undertaken two short tours to these parts since March, and proved a big hit at local venues, and are to return next March.
