Re­gus open­ings

The global workspace provider is to open a third Re­gus Ex­press lo­ca­tion at Heathrow Air­port, in Ter­mi­nal 3. It will fea­ture 12 meet­ing rooms, wifi and shower fa­cil­i­ties. It will also open a new busi­ness cen­tre in Croy­don's In­ter­change House with 300 work­sta­tions, 74 pri­vate of­fices and two meet­ings rooms.

Healthy Hilton

The Hilton Lon­don Metropole has en­hanced its food and bev­er­age of­fer­ing for meet­ings of up to 50 peo­ple. Form­ing part of the 'Meet­ings Sim­pli­fied' pack­age, it fea­tures all day graz­ing sta­tions in­clud­ing 'free from' food, su­per­foods and en­er­gis­ers along­side a few guilty plea­sures and a hy­dra­tion sta­tion.

Ve­gas open­ing

Las Ve­gas's Aria Re­sort & Casino has opened a 200,000ft2 con­ven­tion cen­tre ex­pan­sion across four storeys. The $170mil­lion ex­pan­sion brings the to­tal space to 500,000ft2 with ball­rooms, pri­vates suites, con­fer­ences and the new Cy­press Ex­ec­u­tive Meet­ing Lounge.

In­n­tel ad­di­tion

Meet­ings and events spe­cial­ist In­n­tel is in­te­grat­ing Wizme, a new venue-book­ing plat­form that fea­tures an in­no­va­tive bid­ding op­tion. Wizme will work along­side In­n­tel's pro­pri­etary tech­nol­ogy and other third-party tools to of­fer users sim­ple on­line ac­cess, live avail­abil­ity and a more com­pre­hen­sive RFP tool.

Oak­wood World­wide has hired An­drew Reit­maier, who will be re­spon­si­ble for all real es­tate de­vel­op­ment across the EMEA re­gion, in­clud­ing ac­qui­si­tions and man­age­ment con­tract deals.
